Evolution Vault SRL requests all users to read and accept the following
Terms and Conditions before registering.

Players are advised to safe-guard their own accounts as they are responsible for any actions done using it. Accounts that are caught for illegal activities will face penalties as stated, regardless of whether the illegal activities were done by the rightful owner or otherwise.
SERVICES
To participate in the game, each user has to accept these Terms and Conditions. Evolution Vault is always attempting to ensure that all services are available. However, to circumstances beyond our control, some services may not be available. Due to this, no user has any claim regarding the availability of services. The developer is not liable in any way for server breakdown, faulty programming etc. The occurrence of any disadvantages for a user resulting from server breakdowns, etc. does not entitle the user any claim.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership begins after an account has been registered. Each player may only own and play one account per server. The user must use a valid e-mail address. The use of sexual content, vulgarity or racial remarks when registering with Xeno is not allowed. For simple reference, please avoid impersonating the Game Developers (TheGuardian, Pr3t3nd3r) that will mislead or cause confusion to other players. If we believe that the account was created to mislead, confuse or annoy other players, the administrator will delete the account.
TERMINATION
The membership may be terminated by the user by deleting the account. The erasure of data information may be delayed for technical reasons. At three warnings received from the administrator because of usage of offensive language or other issue, a user will be deleted. The project management might also decide to delete an account under any or no reasons stated. No user has any claim to take part at a service from Evolution Vault. The developer reserves the right to delete or to block accounts, mainly but not exclusively, in a case of violation of these Terms and Conditions. There is no legal claim with regards to account termination.
EXPLOITATION
It is inevitable to encounter bugs or glitches in all games. Players who discover any bugs or glitches in Xeno should report them on the forums immediately. Players will be penalized with a 30 days in-game ban if they are found to be making use of the bug/glitch for their own interest.
CONTENT
Evolution Vault provides a platform that allows players to communicate with each other. Users are responsible for the contents of their communication. Pornographic, xenophobic, offensive and illegal content are not permitted and are not within the responsibility of the developer. Violations will result in account deletion or blockage of any future attempt to register a new account. Explicit language is allowed in the game world, but under no circumstances should be used to offend or insult other players.
RESTRICTIONS
- Players are not permitted to block or modify content which was generated by the management;
- Threatening another person with bodily harm within the game, or forum, is strictly forbidden;
- Spamming through in-game messages is not allowed under any circumstances.
(Spamming is the abuse of electronic messaging system to indiscriminately send unsolicited messages)
RIGHTS
Players can and are encuraged to report offensive messages received in-game.
We will take all necessary measures to resolve reported situations.
Account watching is allowed. Account watching entitles any player to have his account watched over for a period of time less than 48 hours by other player, called a Watcher. Watchers can be set up from your Profile.
We advise all gamers to be vigilant in protecting their own game accounts. Also, please be careful in checking that the details of your Profile do not contain any compromising information that other players might use.
Evolution Vault reserves the right to cease operation of the game or of individual game worlds at any time without having to state reasons for this. Also, users can be blocked temporarily or continuously at Evolution Vault's discretion.
Finally, Evolution Vault reserves the right to modify or extend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Modifications will be published for not less than one week before the changes become effective.
