Occurs when :

1. Trying to send a message - (Galactic mail strike in force).
2. Trying to cancel a construction at the Fighters Bay

Don't know if there are others

there's nothing else i want to cancel right now

But there is no construction at the Fighters Bay/Matter Transmitter.
I can cancel ship training, if that's what you mean.
Does anyone else have this problem on Ultima?

It's fixed now - but that was what I meant 'Cancelling ship training produced the same error'. I'll try to be more specific next time - thanks.
