What shivv is saying is, He was raiding etc, and then he suddenly got more ships then he had before, even though he didnt build them, and he didnt get any reports saying he was reinforced

So... it happened again. I was happily raiding skyguys cruel training grounds of %(^) at (163, 113), from my colony Proliferation at (174, 160) . The raid came back half an hour ago or somesuch, around 7:30 am GMT. They came back as more ships than I sent. Good luck, that's about all I know. I didn't do anything special that I'm aware of.
