4 resurces are converted to 1 ISC ... you will not get too much money even with 100% ...

ah this makes sooooo much more sense to me now. As it was I would get double the money by not taxing people. Selling the other 4 resources at a 50% average.

Yea but now we're getting 6%-20% when selling resources for ISC, so we must build up the market.
