Basically I'm doing some new gameplay adjustments.

1. The construction time for a lot of buildings have been greatly decreased.
2. The resource production have been changed (it seems they are reduced). The resource production was so big that it was hard to consume them on buildings, and probably still is...
3. The prices for Resource production buildings have been reduced.

As someone made a good observation, the prices of ships are not OK.

So now the prices of ships are reduced to half .

My intention is to make the game more dynamic and fun with more things to do.

So now resource production increased by 100%.
For everybody who is complaining please specify your user name/colony so i can check the problems!

Right now from what I checked i found colonies with billions of SC and no resources. And that was happening because the resource production was so high it was impossible to use the resources on making buildings.
This is also why the building time have been decreased.

Setting taxes is the same as having maxed out resources.

So now you see that extra-money is an issue. So make it possible to spend extra money. I told you already that making instant trades cost 2 vespen is REALLY VERY BAD move.

Increased Food storage productions.

A maximum market requirement limit have been introduced for resources exchange (x for NOW LimitMax). (LimitMax = The maximum trade possible for the current player).
Please remove all from the market. All transfer of this kind. (which can not be accepted by anyone because of the limited number of merchants) will be DELETED!!!

First thing I want to clarify is that there is no testing team. We make tests but bugs will still happen, especially when we are modifying a part of the code and a unexpected bug happens with no visible connection to the change.
This things happen, please have a good and constructive attitude!

The changes that will follow will affect all the servers. Even if now I'm adding them to Ultima and Master server ...they are designed specially for prime server which is the oldest server and where they can really be tested.

This new small feature took more than 10 hours to develop it and make it work. When I tested it I found more than 3 bugs which where in the old code.

So now if you do an ATTACK (not raid) with the proper ships, the enemy buildings will be destroyed and everybody will be informed in the Battle Reports.

Feel free to make test and report bugs.

Now the prime server have been updated to the latest engine. Please report any gameplay changes. (buildings destruction reported in prime too)

- fixed map alliance colors and player stats alliance color.

Message size increased to 1900 characters. Description should be changed too.
