I don't think Gorath is talking about the same thing that I'm asking about.

I understand what you're saying, but you seems don't understand what i'm saying.

The point is that unlike video games, in real life "rating system" is highly flexible, so any post could be proclaimed as "retarded" or as "ingenious". Since very beginning, only very few people actually got crystals for posting, so don't expect that you could earn them that way.

Gorath is quite correct, as for example I have over 1000 post on both forums, and I have only been rewarded for a few of them.

So in short, This is more of a reward, and not too be asked for but rewarded for helping.

I don't think we can be more clear, it means get 10 crystals fro contributing too the community...

If the developers decide they like your posts, they will give you a gift of crystals. Forget any of the numbers attached to statements in this thread. Whatever the developers feel like doing is all that matters.

My culture, and what I have been taught, is that you don't say one thing and do another. You need to stand by your word.

I keep seeing that is not the case in this game. This is just one example. Another is how the website says we will get crystals for voting- but that doesn't seem to be happening either.

It seems TheGuardian is not interested in explaining or defending his statement. But maybe he has not even been following this thread at all anymore- so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. But those who have been chosen to be moderators are also clearly not interested in upholding what he has said.

I never know exactly when I can trust anything anyone here says.

Anyway, no they have not failed to adhere to what was said. They reward things that benefit the community, and actively do so.

As too them responding, they have a fairly busy life, and have to make money and work to feed themselves then run this site. So they do not have time to run the forums. That is why I am a moderator. Anyway, this as a whole makes it increasingly hard for them to judge and reward based on such things.
