Is anyone making computer graphics around ?

I am an intermediate in GIMP, and I was an expert in Pivot *but that was long ago). I also work good in Paint (pixel art that is). Those ratings were gained on professional rating websites so they are at least accurate.
And if this question doesn't go offtopic, why are you asking this?

Pfft.. I don't think my GIMP skills are good for games.. GIMP is used for making signatures/avatars and that type of art... But I'll try to find my old photobucket account link...

You start with 1 Newb ship. Like a Miner, Merchant, or Corvette. Join Factions(Alliances), have personal contacts(Like friends), Wage Wars, Buy other Ships. It's pretty cool but Text Based... Still it's got an open world with a giant map.
